All orders are handmade to order and typically take 2–5 business days to prepare before shipping. You will receive a notification once your order is on its way.

Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Expedited options may be available at checkout. International orders may take longer and are subject to customs delays.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the US.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist. GemsandGel is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Because every single item in our shop is completely one-of-a-kind and handmade, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

When you purchase from GemsandGel, you're getting a piece that can never be recreated exactly. Each item is made by hand and is entirely unique — once it's sold, that exact piece no longer exists in the shop.

We take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right.
